Does that make me crazy?

Depression didn’t make me cry. It made me stop caring. That is when I became the most dangerous version of myself.

PTSD sometimes rewrites the pain into fairy tales to help people deal with trauma. Most people fight monsters. I fought two witches.

Paranoia became my whole disease. I could not survive another loss. Who was I going to lose next? But here is what toxic taught me: I barely made it. But barely is enough. That is where my story changed.

CBT therapy really helped me deal with the guilt in the grieving process. It helped me separate what I could actually control from what I couldn’t.

Welcome to rock bottom.

If you are being bullied, protect your mind now. There is no shame in going to therapy early in life.

I hope my future husband appreciates all this therapy to be a better man.

I was in a period of my life where I was so lost. I was not sad. When I was around people, I would laugh and talk. But as soon as I was alone, I would feel nothing. I was not living, just not dead yet.

My therapist had me write a letter to myself. It was time to say goodbye to the old Bill.
